At Neptune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Whether a sofa doesn't fit or a lamp doesn't match your decor, we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
